Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or choose a QR code for a printer-less drop-off experience.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box or mailer.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed once our warehouse inspects the returned goods.
